Heiko B. Adams, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Heiko Adams, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with over two decades of specialized experience in foot and ankle care. As the owner of First Choice Ankle and Foot Care Center, PLLC since 2006, he brings comprehensive expertise in both routine foot care and complex surgical procedures, including reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Dr. Adams is dual board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and completed his advanced surgical residency training at Forum Health's Western Reserve Care System. Beyond his clinical practice, he serves as Director of Research Training for the Podiatry Residency Program at Jewish Hospital and St. Mary's Healthcare, where he has been an attending physician since 2003. His commitment to advancing the field is demonstrated through numerous published research papers and active membership in prestigious organizations including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Adams combines clinical excellence with innovative research to provide his patients with the most current and effective treatments available in podiatric medicine.
